Hi,
My iPod touch 1G (long out of warranty) suddenly refused to boot today. It just
shows the apple logo and a spinning wheel appears after a while. In less than 10mins, it reboots itself. It is detected by iTunes, i can browse the filesystem through ifunbox & I can SSH into it.
I tried restoring with the stock 3.1.3 & 3.1.2 firmware, custom fw from pwnage, sn0wbreeze & whited00r as well. I tried jailbreaking with redsn0w, blackra1n & even spirit. Nothing seems to work.............this issue occurs even before jailbreaking (when it is freshly restored).
When installing iDroid on it, the console does not go past the line "USB: Requing unrequested ep 1". I can put it into recovery mode & DFU mode but neither iOS nor iDroid boot.

The iTunes crash file has been attached
Please help me!!!
