iPod touch Ipod Touch 1g won't reboot after restore.

My ipod touch 1g will not reboot after restore. I would put it into dfu mode and would get it to the apple screen while restoring it, but when it turns off to reboot it would just stay at the low battery screen. Any suggestions other than getting a new ipod touch.

Are you jailbroken? What firmware are you on?

its not jailbroken and i tried restoring it in the newest firmware 3.1.3

So, just to clarify... you restore your device with no issues, but when it reboots it shows the low battery symbol?

Yes, it will fully restore and reboot but will only show the low battery symbol.
