So got 1st gen 16gb ipod touch i jail breaking it all going well for a while then one day i get stuck in a picture of ipod cable and itunes as shown in pic

if you mean the black screen with the usb cable and the itunes icon you need to plug it into your computer to charge it up and if that does not work you will need to restore it by holding shift when you press restore in itunes and selecting the most recent one. more information on your ipod like os and jailbroken or not would be helpful

oops sorry but yeah its the black thing u were saying its jail broken im using windows tryed holding the buttons and restoring via computer still nothin

i would try to restore to an erlier back up before you jailbroke or maybe rejailbreak it if its possible
