iPod touch iPod Touch 2010 vs 2011 differences?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm buying my wife a new 32 GB iPod Touch because her old 8 GB is on the fritz. The store I got it had had only ones with a 2010 copyright at the bottom.

I'm wondering if the 2011 version is any different. I assume the new ones have iOS 5 pre-installed, and it looks like other than that the specs are the same. But i'm wondering if there are any un-mentioned upgrades or improvements on the new 2011 version of the Touch. Does anyone know?

Sweet, thanks. That's what I thought but I just wanted to be sure.

She just uses it for audiobooks and Facetime so there's no need to wait for a big upgrade next fall.

iPod Touvh 2011 has the write version and the default rom is ios 5.0.
