So i have an ipod touch MC that has 3.1.3 FW. How would i jailbreak it to 4.1? I know snowbreeze works for 4.1 for MC devices previously jail-broken on 3.1.2. Would it work on a 3.1.3 spirit JB? If not then how would i get it jailbroken on 4.1?

Great news! redsn0w is now available for the 2gen touch, iOS 4.1. If it's not too much trouble, it's safest to un-jailbreak, download the .ipsw, download redsn0w, and then re-jailbreak your iPod.
