iPod touch Ipod Touch 2G sound and wifi problems - software or hardware ?

I'm having a little problem with the wifi connection - the wireless icon doesn't appear in the corner -, I just turn off and on again a few times and it works. I read some people having the same.

I almost purchased Bloom from the App Store, but I read a lot of complains about sound glitchs in the ipod touch 2G. Does anyone know something about it ?

Firmware or recall ?

i thought i was the only one! when the ipod goes to sleep, the wifi connection automatically cuts out which is normal. but, when i wake the ipod up, i does not automatically connect to the hotspot again. i have to turn wifi off and on again.

don't know anything about sound glitches. might be the app itself. i'm sure all these problems are software related and will be fixed later on.
