iPod touch Ipod Touch 2G volume buttons aren't working !

Hi .
I have a broblem.
My iPod Touch volume buttons are not working and the volume sign is staying on the screen.If I slide to unlock it ,volume goes down and it feels like i'm holding the volume button down ,but i'm not.
Please help !
(OS - 4.1 )
Jailbroken now ,but didn't work either ,if it was non-jailbroken.
(sorry fr bad eng.)
EDIT: If i just push power button and then tap 2 time on home button i can control volume with the slide thing.

If it is something actually wrong with the buttons I would go to apple but if it was something wrong with the system or something like that I would restart and if that didn't work I would try restoring. If restoring doesn't work definitely bring it to apple.
