I have a 2gen touch, turned it off then turned it back on. now I get the iTunes screen on the touch, when I plug it into my pc running windows7, I get a message, " unknown device". iTunes does not recognize the touch. I changed cables, tried a different pc, still have the same problem, unknown device. any suggestions?????
