I was reading Wired's article on iPhone OS 3.1, and they were discussing how the iPhone 3GS couldn't access Cydia after the update. At the end though, they added an update:

Only iPhone 3GS users lose access to the Cydia store when upgrading to iPhone OS 3.1; owners of the first- and second- generation iPhones can still jailbreak and access Cydia.

So does this not mean that our iPod touches can be Jailbroken as well? What are they talking about?
