iPod touch iPod Touch 3G problem

When i go to settings -> General ->Usage, i get a blank screen

Is this normal for a jb 4.3.3 on my device?

You don't get a "usage" tab on iOS 4.3.3. Upgrade to iOS 5 to get it.

EDIT: It doesn't have the battery percentage though, it only has how much like music, videos, and apps take up. Also you can see how much iCloud storage you have left.

Actually my device ia jailbroken, and i have battery percent as you told me i wont have, but i do have that, and my usage page is still blank in IOS 4.3.3 JB.
Is there a way to fix this except from upgrading it? And i wont upgrade it when i have just downgraded it from IOS 5. I dont like IOS 5. So, is there a app or something that can tell me Usage like i have in my iPhone 4 v4.3.3 software also jailbroken..
