have you tried the Latest redsn0w? get 9.10b3 here

go into Extras > Fix Recovery and follow the steps

Put it into DFU mode by plugging it in, holding both sleep button and home button for 10 seconds or so, then just the home button, until the screen goes black. if that doesn't work just google how, could be a problem with your USB cord or ports?
