Actually I used Dropbox to do it. Takes a LONG time... but it works.

Kinda odd that you can't just drag and drop in iTunes from your camera roll. Or do it via bluetooth.

I know that on my Blackberry, I just send vids from my BB to my Mac via bluetooth connection.
