Upgraded mine tonight. The upgrade took about 30 minutes from start to finish. It required 2 reboots of the iPod, after the initial download and reboot it required me to sign back into my account for the iCloud backup, it then went on and did some more installation for iOS, once finished it required me to sign back into my iTunes account and verify my payment info.

I've been using the iPod for the past few hours, apps, played a few games, watched a pod cast, and listened to music. Everything is smooth and looking good.
