Well i got my battery percentage on my ipod touch using ifile. I got a problem. The percentage isnt really correct. Goes back and forth and never 100%. When i unplug it it goes to 98% and from there it drains. I also removed some launch daemons including com.apple.powerd.plist. I tried hard reset couple of times. It went to 100% but quickly drained to 99%-98%. Is there a solution.

?? The problem is that its fully charged at 99%

No percentage

Why do you think Apple opted not to put percentage option for ipod touch? That was the reason. The touch's battery reading fluctuates depending on use. Sad but i hope they fix it in the next version of the ipod touch (5th gen hardware)
