iPod touch Ipod touch 4g Display problem?

Hello all. Nooby here. I have my ipod touch 4g for about 3 months and i just noticed yesterday that on the far left of my ipod where the volume buttons are, it seems to be brighter. Im guessing its a screen leak? How do i make it go away? Will Apple replace my product? Thank ya!

From what I've heard in the past, it should correct itself over time. However, Apple are likely to replace it if you want to do that .

I'm not entirely sure tbh, it's just something which people suggested to other people with light leaking problem.

My iPad 2 still can leak light on a dark screen but it's no major problem to me anyway.
