iPod touch Ipod touch 4g Doesnt work on PC, but fine on own + docks

Ok I've got an ipod touch 4g from someone who said it was in LIKE NEW PERFECT condition

Works great.. Charges fine in my dock or car docks..

Will not connect to the PC. No Data. No Charge.

+Tried 2 cords 1 official, 1 non. (Both work fine on my ipod touch 2g)
+Tried 3 computers. 2 Windows 7, 1 Windows XP
+Tried manually installing Drivers error code 43 under "Unknown Device" or error code 10: Device cannot start.
+Tried Restarting PCs
+Tried wiping ipod multiple times
+Chatted with Apple Support ( http://tny.cz/5d1ad623 )

Any suggestions?
