iPod touch Ipod Touch 4G Frozen

i just downloaded an app called Display Recorder on Cydia and after install it said Restart Springboard, but now its frozen, it keeps showing the lock screen then goes back to the circle loading thing, it goes back and fourth, can anybody help with this please?

Connect to iTunes and restore.

i rebooted and same problem it sticks to the circle loading thing and goes to lock screen and jumps right straight to circle loading thing

Apparently a restore is needed. Please try it...

That's putting him into DFU mode and he'd have to restore before he can use the iPod, but he didn't do that, he did a regular reboot.
