iPod touch Ipod Touch 4g frozen

So I jailbroke my iPod touch and it worked well, then I downloaded installous through Cydia, after I installed it, it required reboot, so I did it, but then it just froze, showing only apple logo, I tried restart ir (holding power and home buttons), but it still froze on apple logo. After that I tried to restore it through itunes, I hold the buttons correctly, and then pushed "restore" button in iTunes, but then it just started to download some ~800mb file (iTunes started to download it, I had to accept some license etc), but, when there were only some 0.1 mb left it showed some error (something about Internet connection) and stopped, and I did it for some 3 times, but result was the same, so what to do? Please some help!??
