iPod touch Ipod touch 4G is stuck on dark screen after reboot tether with redsn0w

hello everyone here, last morning i have restored my iPod touch 4g with iTunes, yes actually it shown the message error 3194, but i used Tinyumbrella to help it then while restoring an error occurred again the message shown error 1600, next i used redsn0w to enter pwned DFU mode, after that the restoring was complete without any errors, and iTunes shown a message that wait for iPod restart then iTunes will recognize. And i waited for it for almost 30mn but it was dark screen, later on i used redsn0w again to reboot tether in order to see the pineapple logo, the next step is iPod was recognized by iTunes and the screen started.....!!!! and also show the slide bar (slide to unlock) then i was really happy to fixed completely, but when i left it 30mn, it was in dark screen, i was trying hold power and home buttons almost 1mn but there nothing!!! even apple boot logo, so anyone could fix this problem?? pls help me,
