iPod touch iPod Touch 4g not restoring

Hi I have an iPod touch 4g 4.35 and im trying to restore it to iOS 5.01.
I'm running the latest itunes and when i try to restore i get error 3194, i fix it with tiny umbrella, then i get error 2005. I've been trying to restore for months but i keep getting the same errors. And it is jailbroken.
Please leave solutions down below :}

5.01 isn't signed by Apple anymore.

I did try to restore to 5.1 and i still got errors any ideas to fix it?

Check your hosts file, make sure you're not blocking Apples servers.
