iPod touch iPod touch 4th Generation

Hey, I was just wondering if their is a difference in hardware between the 8gig, and 32/64 gig ipod touches? Im 99% sure there is not, but I am just looking for some clarification.

3rd gen : yes. the 8gb flavour essentially is a copy of the 2nd gen. 32/64 gb flavours were upgraded to 3rd gen standards.

4th gen touch. same across all memory versions.

In the 4th Generation the software is all the same, even with 8GB. I was worried about this also...
