It will most likely be $229 , 299 and 399 barring any huge upgrades which will affect the price.

It is expected that Ipod Touch 5G will be released concurrently along with the Nano, Shuffle and the next iPhone in September 2011.

I just remember that iPod Touch 4 also sold as the same price.

One of my predictions for the next iPod Touch, just like they did with the iPad 2, is that they might make a white version of the iPod. Here is an image that i photoshoped that compares a black and a white iPod touch:
