Hi, I just bought me an ipod touch 5th gen 32 gb about a month ago. When I received it back in January up until today, I noticed that whenever I charge it for like 30 minutes from 30% (just an estimate since ipod touch do not indicate battery percent) It goes up to 60%. So i plug it out, but then when I plug it in again right after I just plugged it out, it instantly goes up to almost 100%.

I also noticed that most of the time it does not notify right away when I'm down to 20%. Only right after I plug it in for charging. Then the meter goes low and red.

Is there anything i can do before making a visit to apple service center? Will restoring help? I've done "reset all settings" before and it did not help. Thank you!
