iPod touch iPod touch 7 didn’t receive iOS 13

I use an iPod touch 7th generation, and I knew iOS 13 would be coming out tomorrow. I was with a few of my friends and I watched them get iOS 13, but I didn’t. I thought it would come overnight, but still it didn’t. I did everything to make sure I had the iPod 7, and it clearly said it was in settings, but it still didn’t work.
I also noticed on the iOS webpage for iOS 13 that next to the iPod touch 7 there was a few stars. I’m not sure if this means anything significant, but if someone knows could you please let me know.

For ** - actually if you read the fine print on the bottom of the page at https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-13/

says

** Available September 24, 2019.

So ios 13 will be available for ipod touch 7 on September 24, 2019.

Although that will probably be 13.1, not 13.
