ipod touch 8gb 3g , cydia/rock downloading error ! plz help experts !

i jailbreak my ipod touch 8gb 3g through blackra1n. after some procedure it got me into the screen where i have to select packages . cydia and rock ...

i tried downloading cydia , the blue download status bar moved a little and stuck and later it said " Error downloading cydia Could not download Error : Error domain = NSURLerrordomain ...... "

I tried downloading rock .. same result .. it showed same error ..

plz help ..

is there any other way to install these cydia or rock thing ?

was your wifi connection weak? i got that error when i was downloading it until i got a stronger connection
