iPod touch Ipod touch apps on a replacement ipod touch question.

Im planning on selling my 8gb 2nd gen for a 32gb touch. When i get the 32gb can i transfer all my apps and save data to it from my 8gb i dont have them jailbroken.

as long as the apps are in the application tab in iTunes you will be able to have them on the new touch, I would say before swapping over just plug your touch in, right click on it and click transfer purchases to make sure everything is on your pc/mac

Ok sounds good but will all of my savedata be there on my apps?

as long as iTunes syncs the savedata then yes but if it does not sync savedata then no
