With the OS 4 coming out soon, and hopefully Skype finally becoming useful, I was considering getting an iPod Touch primarily for the purpose of being a Skype phone and Universal Remote.
However, looking at the specs, even though the 3rd Gen iPod Touch has speakers (and my original plan of buying the cheapest model wouldn't work as it doesn't have speakers) - am I right in thinking that it still doesn't have a microphone (other than on the earphones)?
Perhaps I'll just have to use my iPhone for this and try to remember to plug it into the dock when I go to bed rather than when I get home from work...
