iPod touch ipod touch as usb memory stick (& nike+ipod app)

hi guys..

i just bought an ipod touch and i youlike to know if it can be used as a usb memory stick for exable just to transfer files (like word documents etc) from one pc to another...

the other quastion is does nike+ipod application work in all ipod touch or in spesific ones..i mean do all ipods have sensors??
