It's the screen off. The screen is in good condition, it only has fingerprints. I don't understand why it's stuck.

EDIT: It's working!!! I'm really dumb >_< no wait... it's restoring the settings. Now i have to wait 3 hours for it to sync because my laptop recognizes usb 2.0 ports as usb 1.1.
