ipod touch crashes

How come when i use my (i guess you can call it music are or something ) it crashes. or when i use my clock app or iCal app like almost every app.
It also when it crashes it will take me back to the home screen then right after take me to the SLIDE TO UNLOCK screen.

is it because of Installer app or does it have to do with what app i have downloaded or what?

cant answer for sure, but the best guess i have is to restore your iPod an rejailbreak it. Sorry if i wasnt that much of a help.

I discovered that when I had Springboard installed, my Touch would become quite unstable. When I uninstalled Springboard, it returned to being 100% stable. That's the way it's been for a couple of months now. I have lots of apps installed on my Jailbreak'd Touch, and it's 100% stable (without Springboard).

I had this problem too, but if you don't dim your background in the summerboard app, it should fix everything.
