iPod touch ipod touch crashing and rebooting all over again

it all started about a half hour ago, i have 6.0 firmware and jailbroke it with redsn0w 0.9.15b3, i was testing snowcover, then my device froze and then the screen flashed, i was expecting it to enter in safe mode, but nope, it started like normally in the lockscreen but it lasted 10 seconds and the apple logo appeared, the same thing happened all over and over again, i tried turning it off, but i cant since it only lasts 10 seconds, before losing my jailbreak with a restore, is there any fix for not losing anything?

would letting the battery drain and turning it on with redsn0w would work? i'm new in all of this stuff

while holding volume up turn it on, it should boot into safe-mode

tried this, i slide to turn off, but it just comes to the apple logo again and the same problem keeps happening ._.

absolutely 4th gen and about NOPE about ssh's saved on my pc

You can check with redsnow which SHSH's Cydia saved

Go to Extras/SHSH blobs/Query

You can restore to 6.01 also and jailbreak

about restoring, should i do it normally or first putting my device in dfu mode?

because it shows normally in itunes
