I am thinking of purchasing a new iPod touch 3G but many of people have complained about the restricted volume limit on the EU version of the iPod touch. I would like to know from anyone is this a serious issue? Or are people just making a fuss about nothing (anyone compared USA with EU model)?? There are some tutorials how to edit RegionalVolumeLimits.plist file to remove volume cap on iPod touch 2.0 FW, anyone from EU tried??
