iPod touch ipod Touch for Audio Guide System

Hello,

iam developer for museum devices ( kiosk Touch Screens etc.) and now
i need advices and coding tips for preparing the ipod touch for a museum audio guide .



First Problem:
is there a official way to remove the Home button
and how i can handle the kiosmode....



Situation:
the device should start automatically a html5/notes coding
in kioskmode...
