Short Answer: No
Long Answer, It doesn't have bluetooth, but there has been some conjecture that it may have a disabled Bluetooth chip on board. Either way the device does not have FCC approval for Bluetooth, so even if it does have that disabled chip (which is highly unlikely), there will be no way to enable it for the foreseeable future
