iPod touch Ipod touch help!?

To put roms onto my ipod touch do i have to put the roms on my ipod through the terminal or are there any programs that could help? ( a mac program) and if i have to use the terminal could you have a step by step instruction. Thanx.

i dunno if winscp is a mac program but i use winscp on my pc

roms go under media/ROMs/NES

roms and nes u need to make urself
