iPod touch Ipod touch in "Fake Recovery" mode and recognized by anythinggggg plz HELP!

it boots up but the home screen is the recovery symbol with the battery icon on the top right corner

the funny thing is that when the recovery symbol comes up, a lock icon and the Itunes on the top right corner on the status bar comes up for a split second and then disappears

i can still make snapshots!!!! how!??? and it still makes the shutter sound too
and i can shutdown with the slider

regular recovery mode doesn't look like this

i tried everything from DFU to recovery and every single program i use to jailbreak it or restore doesn't recognize it!

im about to have a mental breakdown lmao

did u use Tiny Umbrella to kick it out of recovery?
and are you sure you're doing putting it into DFU?

That's just the activation screen. Put it in proper DFU mode by holding the home and power buttons during boot. There's instructions around with specific instructions, google it.

does being on Win. 8 have anythiong to do with it?

and yes i used TU

the computer isnt recognizing it either

theres no "Unknown" in list of devices and printers

ok so im in dfu mode but its still not getting recognized

i restarted Apple Mobile Service and restarted the computer and still nothing

my main issue is recgonition
