Just bought my wife a new iPod (one of the new ones) 3rd gen I think and I have an iPhone 3GS. Anyway, I was playing around with the her iPod touch this morning and noticed the internal speaker is considerably more weak than my iPhone's internal speaker. Is this normal? I guess it makes sense so you can hear your iPhone ring but I wasn't expecting it to be that drastic of a difference. The iPhone's speaker literally blows it away. I was expecting the iPod's speaker to be at least on the same level. Just asking and curious to make sure there isn't anything wrong with it. First iPod we've ever owned. Thanks.

As far as I know, the sound quality coming out of the ipod is not so great to begin with. I have an iPod touch, and the speaker I have right now was only $12.59 and the sound quality is great. plus I have my headphones from UxSight. They are amazing.
