iPod touch iPod Touch IP problem when jailbreaking...

Hi, i am upto step 6 in the 7step process of jailbreaking my Touch. But when i have to enter my IP address into the program, it just opens up the Putty window and says 'Connection Refused'. I have tried to disable my firewall(peerguardian) and even my anti virus (AVG) but it still doesn't work.:mad:

I have installed Net Framework 2 and and trying this on a Windows XP machine. Anyone got any ideas on what the problem is?

Any help or advice is greatly appriciated.
