Hello everyone,
I'm coming to the states to study this August. I am from Spain, and the iPhone 3G is released July 11th there as well.
I will be buying a Macbook with an iPod Touch along with it for school in the States.
My mom's interested in the iPod Touch, and I'm going to trade it for an iPhone purchased in Spain + my current cellphone (Nokia E65).
So, my question is... if I get the Spanish iPhone 3G, what are the chances of getting it to work with a pay as you go American SIM card?
In Spain, I already have a contract with the carrier that has the exclusivity for the iPhone, and a two year contract doesn't bother me as I will leave it to my mom (the SIM card for her to use).
Thanks everyone
