iPod touch iPod Touch Keeps Rebooting Itself When I Pull Up Spotlight Search

So, whenever I pull up Spotlight Search, the device is always rebooting itself and I do not know why. It took a break for a few days and it pulled itself up normally, but now it is back to doing the same thing that it's been doing for a long time. Rebooting by itself.

So pretty much I have to erase and restore the iPod?

This may sound silly, but have you tried turning it off and on again? It's possible that the reboots you're seeing aren't full reboots but are keeping something bad in memory.

Yes. And I have to keep turning it on and off again multiple times as well.
