iPod touch Ipod Touch "Negative Black Screen" Serials numbers?

Week 37 and 38 if I'm not mistaken (week 38 iPods were definitely affected). This is any iPod that has either 37 or 38 as the fourth and fifth numbers in the serial code.
 
OK I have 44. Is Apple upping the quality of the screens in this years models? I found my touch's screen to be excellent. accept when tilting you get a shade of blue.:confused:
