Due to an accident, i ended up with my Ipod touch 3Gen 32 G covered in Oil.
my slider doesnt work, But my music plays if i double click the home button. I opened up the screen and tried to soak up as much as possible. It seems i got tons of oil in the LCD, So i figured id repair the LCD and digitizer. What I want to know if it could be a motherboard issue as well? i dont want to waste my money on new parts. What are some clues to figure if it is a motherboard problem?
