iPod Touch seems to be on sale at Target.com, $349 for 16GB version. Although it seems you need to spend another $10 to upgrade to the 2.0 firmware, that may be the same deal at Apple stores, as well.

Damn, I don't even see it as an option now when I search for "iPod touch" on Target's site. That was quick...

Do a specific search for iPod Touch 16gb, then look for "Find at your local Target" or somesuch. They were out of stock at target.com, but every store within 60 miles of me listed "limited availability". My store had three yesterday, and they've been at $349 for several months.
