My father's Windows Vista laptop fell victim to a nasty email virus back in September, and shortly after nearly crashing it entirely, he created a new account to use. I helped him make transfer his music, pictures, documents, etc. to this new account, but ever since then, iTunes and his second-generation iPod touch have been messing up.
He carries hundreds of pictures on his iPod touch, so when he synced his iPod touch over about a week ago, all his pictures disappeared and is left with the vacant Saved Pictures album on his iPod.
On iTunes, the picture albums he selected to be on his iPod are showing less pictures than what is is actually in it, also. For example, "fun stuff" album shows 129 pictures, but it actually has 150 in it. He syncs it, with the boxes checked, but nothing syncs over to the iPod touch.
Any help?
