iPod touch iPod Touch Playlist Help?

Alright so I accidentally deleted the 'On The Go' portion play list from my itunes(and I can't find the thing to remake a playlist).

So I try and create the 'On The Go' from my ipod. It goes all well but whenever I turn off my ipod or hook it up it resets the songs and I have to put them all back on.

Any help with this to get itunes to get back on track and help me get my original 'On The Go' playlist back on?
