iPod touch ipod touch problem!

I have had my ipod touch not even a month, and last night i couldnt turn it on. I had to restore it on itunes. Has anyone had this issue or know why it happened?

i am not sure, how do i tell? I just bought it like 3wks ago. So i am not sure. It seems to be working ok now but i had to redue my whole ipod. which wasnt fun. I am just not sure if i should return it or do you guys think it will be ok?

2nd Generation has the volume rocker, curved body, and speaker.

1st does not.

Yes I do have the 2nd gen ! Any idea what happened and should I return it or just wait and see if it does it again?
