I don't know if this is the right forum for my problem, but PLEASE bear with me.

My Qsee DVR system tells me to forward port 18004 on my router so I can view it from my iPod touch, so I did. But when I check online on canyouseeme.org, it says connection refused.

So I tried to get the app from the App store to view the cameras and it didn't work. Is the port closed by my ISP? Do I need to use another one? PLEASE HELP!
