Hi,
After I upgraded my first generation iPod touch to the 3.0.0 firmware, my iPod touch will randomly refuse to turn on. The only way I can get it to work is by connecting it to my iMac, opening iTunes and waiting for it to finally come on.
However, as I said sometimes it will work fine, other times it will not. For example, yesterday morning I switched it on and was listening to some music, after I was finished I switched it off completely (i.e. not in Standby and it had near enough full battery). However, that night I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't respond.
I have tried restoring the 3.0.0 firmware twice, removing all my applications/music and starting fresh - however it doesn't help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
Thanks.
