iPod touch reflective dock and other issues

I'm working on a theme and I have a few problems that are getting a bit in the way. In order to make the theme fit, I need to have the dock reflection turned off. Is there a plist I can edit to turn this off?

Another problem I have is the wifi icon, the battery icon, time and all that on the top bar. Can I move these around and maybe change the opacity? If I could, the theme would really come together. I don't technically plan on distributing it, it's more for my own use.

Hey, I can help you! I know about the dock and have been working to get my touch to get it just like the iPhone without the reflective dock. So contact me on toxicbomber@mac.com and I can screen share with you on iChat if you have Leopard. If not, I'll walk you through it... might take awhile.
