today i restored my ipod to get rid of the jailbreak on it as it has been running slow. this deleted all of the progess on all of the games i had and deleted all of my settings. i found the back up folders from a few days ago. is there any way to use the backups itunes made to restore what was on my ipod a few days ago instead of this morning when it backed up after it restored?
